Crispy Vegetables SaladIngredients:

2 cups mixed lettuce
1 cup ice-berg lettuce
1 medium potato
1 medium carrots
1 medium zucchini
1 cup sprout beans
1/3 cup grated toast

Dressing:

4 tbs. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbs. itailian sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:

Cut potatoes, carrots and zucchini into thin round slices, fry into hot oil seperately, drain, set aside.
Fru grated toast in oil and drain.
Combine dressing ingredients together.
Combine oil lettuce together, with sproud beans add fried vegetables, pour dressing and garnish with fried toast, served immediately.
