Pasta with Shrimps and PestoIngredients:

2 cups pasta
2 tbs. dalal corn oil
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
20 pcs. medium shrimps
1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
1/4 cup pinenuts, chopped
4 tbs. vinegar
1/4 cup green pesto
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

Fry onion in oil, add shrimps and vinegar, cook over heat for 4 minutes or until tender.
Add capsicum and pinenuts, stir over heat for 3 minutes, add pesto with cream and parmesan cheese, mix well, set aside.
Boil pasta with 1 tbs. oil and 1 tsp. salt for 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, add to the pasta mixture, serve hot.
