Vanilla Biscuit

Vanilla Biscuit

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup patent flour
1/2 salt cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
sugar powder for dusting

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients expect sugar powder, knead by hand until smooth and homogeneous dough, refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Fill biscuit dispenser and shape as preferred into ungreased tray oven.
  • Bake bisuit into hot oven at 170c for 20 minutes, cool.
  • Dust biscuit with sugar powder, serve with tea.

 

 
Jullash with Dates

Jullash with Dates

Ingredients:

Jullash Sheet (filo pastry)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pack butter (112g)
fresh dates
walnuts

Directions:

  • Arrange 5 filo pastry sheets over each other, cut into small squares.
  • Melt butter, brush between each 2 sheets, put each 5 sheets sqaure inside greased tart mould to cover base and sides, put 1 dates.
  • Pour 1/2 tsp. Sweetened condensed milk over each, put 1 walnut.
  • Bake inside hot oven for 10 minutes or until golden, cool, serve with arabic coffee.

 

   
Rahash Cubcake

Rahash Cupcake

Ingredients:

8 pcs. vanilla cupcakes
rahash

Toffee Sauce:

3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs. butter
1 cup liquid milk

Directions:

Prepare toffee sauce by melting sugar over heat without mixing, add butter and cream, stir over heat until it becomes golden color.
Crumb rahash into medium size.
Pour 1 tbs. toffee sauce over each cupcakes, garnish with rahash crumbs, serve with tea or coffee.

 
Ice-cream Chocolate Biscuit

Ice-cream Chocolate Biscuit

Ingredients:

3 cups crushed chocolates biscuit
1 pack cream powder
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 thick cream
1/3 cup sweetened condenced milk
6 pieces cream cheese

For garnish:

chocolate biscuit pieces

Directions:

Blend cream powder with cold water unitl get creamy mixture, add thick cream (gheemar) and condenced milk and cheese, blend until get homogeneous Mixture, add 1 cup crushed biscuit, mix well, stand in fridge.
Pour biscuit in serving glasses, pour ice cream, cover with remaining biscuit, chill until set, garnish with biscuit pieces.
