Ingredients:
jullash (filo pastry)
1/4 cup ghee
2 tbs. oregano
Filling:
1/2 cup mushroom, chopped
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup green olives, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
1 cuop cheddar, chopped
Directions:
Spread 4 sheets filo pastry, brush between each 2 layers with ghee, cut into 4 rectangles.
Combine filling ingredients together, put one quantity on one edge, roll as a cylinder, repeat for the remaining sheets.
Arrange rolls into oven tray, brush each rolls with ghee, spread oregano on the surface.
Bake into hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden, serve hot.
