Ingredients:
1/2 kilo minced chicken
2 crushed garlic
2 tbs. chopped mint
3 tbs. green onion
1 tbs. chopped chilli
2 tbs. mango chtney
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
oil for fry
Sauce:
1 can yogurt
2 tbs. chopped mint
1 tbs. mango chtney
1 bts. lemon chutney
Directions:
- Combine minced chicken with all ingredients, divide into small balls, shape as small round disc.
- Fry kofta into hot oil, drain, arrange into serving plate.
- Combine sauce ingredients together, serve with kofta.
